Trunk or Treat? No... that's not a misspelling! St. Paul Lutheran Church is sponsoring its fifth annual "Trunk or Treat" event on Friday, October 31st from 3 to 6PM.
Here's how it works. "Trunk or Treat" provides a safe way for the children of our community and church to go "trick or treating" on Halloween. Members of our congregation and school are asked to load up the trunks of their cars with goodies and then park in the church parking lot. (A special parking pattern will be set up.) The kids then come between 3 and 6 that afternoon, going from car trunk to car trunk receiving the treats that we provide! It's that simple. In the school gym the children can make a craft to take home as well! A Christ-centered witness will be given throughout. |
