Teaching at St Paul is a privilege and blessing for Ann Barber. After taking off time to be at home with her three sons, Ben, Dan, and Tim, she has enjoyed being back in the classroom teaching third grade. To prepare for her return to teaching, Ann earned a Masters in Reading from Loyola University to update her BS in Education from Concordia University, Seward, NE. Ann also holds a Director of Christian Education certificate (DCE) from Concordia.

Over the years, Ann has lived in seven different states (and in Israel for six months as a child). She loves to travel to new places with her husband, Dave, and her sons. Photos are her favorite souvenirs and she has more than enough to keep her busy scrapbooking in her retirement years. Another favorite pastime is reading, especially mysteries.
