The Rainbows Program Guides Children and Teens Through

Divorce, Death, and Crisis With the Rainbows Approach

A child’s grieving process is different from that of adults. Today, more than half the nation's youth struggle with issues of loss. Rainbows provides age-appropriate, community-based grief support programs for children and teens coping with the emotional pain of loss from death, divorce and other family crises. The Rainbows program supports an understanding of how children perceive loss and how to help them get beyond it with a unique approach of play-based activities. All Rainbows programs are guided by trained volunteer facilitators and are provided at no cost to families.

St. Paul is offering a Fall 2009 Session of Rainbows.  We are currently in need of volunteers to fulfill the role of adult facilitators.

If you ...

  • are nurturing and compassionate;
  • have a love for Christ;
  • possess a heart for children; and
  • are available for one hour per week (12 week session)

Please contact:  St. Paul School Office @ 708.867.5044

PRE-K DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Pre-K parents are reminded to park on Seminole both in the morning and afternoon when bringing their children to school. For the safety of the children please walk them into the classroom and also come in after class to pick them up. For Pre-K parents who have older children and would prefer to park in the lot at the end of the day, we still ask that you come in to pick up your child or arrange with Mrs. Nowak for an older sibling to do so.
