Work Camp Reunion Potluck - Saturday, August 14th - everyone in the congregation is welcome to bring a dish to share and hear about our WorkCamp experiences!

SUMMER SLAC

We know all our teens are looking forward to slacking during summer vacation away, but you don’t want to miss SLAC-ing at St. Paul this summer.  While we won’t be having youth nights every week, we will be having Sunday Lunch After Church or SLAC every few weeks.  Mark your calendar for Sunday, July 25th when we will have SLAC at Panera Bread Co in Park Ridge.  You can meet us at church following 10:45 worship or at the restaurant.

MISSION OF THE MONTH

The mission of the month is the Mexico Mission Trip.  Specifically, MoM offerings in June and July will go to help pay for shipping the 800 pairs of shoes collected to Mexico.  Kids in Mexico need shoes in order to go to school, so not only are we helping put kids in shoes, but also we are helping kids get an education.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

Our Stephen Ministers are ready to care for you. Perhaps you have considered requesting a Stephen Minister, but wondered who will know about your problem if you talk to a Stephen Minister. Many people ask this question. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of Stephen Ministry. No one will find out what you discuss with your Stephen Minister. If you have a burden you need to share, perhaps a Stephen Minister can help. If you would like to learn more, contact Dorothy Kernan.

If you love singing we would love to have you expand your singing time by joining the Adult Choir. We practice every Tuesday upstairs in the sanctuary, from 7:00 to 8:30PM. Tryouts are EASY! Show up with a smile on your face and a song in your heart and you're in! We welcome ALL men and women. Questions? Contact Carolyn Klocek carolynklocek@yahoo.com

Help Us Care For You

If you are going into the hospital for a surgery or procedure, inpatient or outpatient, please contact the office so we can pray for you, visit you, and share Jesus' love with you (confidentiality will also be maintained).
Also, please let the hospital know when they ask that you belong to
St. Paul Lutheran, Canfield.

Start saving your recyclable paper!

St. Paul now has a recycling bin, located in our parking lot. You can help the environment and contribute financially to the church and school if you drop off your: magazines, newspapers, catalogs, office paper, old mail and shredded papers in clear plastic bags.
